My name is Niamh Crowley and I am a qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist.
I hold a Degree, Diploma and Certificate in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy, a Certificate in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and have completed ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training). I have been a group facilitator with Aware for the past three years and work in the area of addiction in conjunction with my private pratice. I work within the framework of the code of ethics of my governing body the IACP.
I provide individual counselling and couples counselling. I also work with teenagers and young adults. In this overwhelming social media world that we live in many teenagers are finding it difficult to cope. I endeavour to provide a warm, safe and comfortable environment to those seeking counselling and therapeutic support.
My aim is to see people as soon as possible and fit appointments into their busy lives. I offer day and evening time appointments and facilitate those who require weekend appointments.

Individual Sessions are one hour long.
Appointments at 60 Euros, however, this is negotiable. Couples Counselling is 75 euros.
In the first session I will need to get some basic details from you. We will discuss confidentiality and answer any questions you may have at this point. You can discuss your present situation with me and we can go from there.
This is like asking how long is a piece of string! This varies a great deal from person to person and is something we can discuss together. In a lot of cases people find that six to ten sessions is sufficient.
